Home Renovation Tax Credit PDF Print E-mail
More and more people are investing money into their homes through various renovations. From updating an old furnace, remodelling a bathroom or changing the flooring, all of these improvements can now pay back. In the 2009 budget, the government has now added a temporary Home Renovation Tax Credit (HRTC).

Any improvements made on a home after January 27, 2009 and until February 1, 2010 could be eligible for a 15% tax rebate on work costing a minimum of $1,000 to a maximum of $10,000. Below is a link with more information outlining the details of the program
